Our online QQI Level 5 Childcare Major Award (5M22171) is aimed at learners seeking to commence a professional career in the Early Years sector working directly with children from birth to six years.
Over the one-year duration (48 weeks approx.), the programme combines live online lectures, self-directed digital learning and a minimum of 150 hours of supervised placement in Tusla-registered ELC settings.
The award provides the knowledge, skills and competence required to work as an Early Years Educator and offers progression to our QQI Level 6 Early Learning & Care Major Award.
