General Office Administrators – Entry Level (Hybrid Working)

 

New opportunities have arisen for Office Administrators to join our company. The applicant will gain practical experience in Student services, Customer service, dealing with the Public, Office Procedures, Quality Control, Education Sector Procedures, Attending meetings and General Office functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service – making and receiving calls, liaising with academic staff and both new & existing students.
  • Maintaining student files – ensuring student records are kept up to date.
  • Notification of results to learners – Implementation of correct company policy and procedures surrounding same.
  • Accounts Administration.
  • Quality Control.
  • Meetings management and coordination.
  • General Office duties.

Academic Liaison Officer

 

The Academic Liaison Officer (ALO) reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for promoting and maintaining highest academic standards through the continuous monitoring of academic performance in the college. The ALO works closely with Programme Leaders, Tutors / Lecturers and Learners and ensures that a fair and transparent teaching, learning and assessment process has taken place which ultimately leads to the overall success of the programmes and services being offered by the college.

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Co-ordinating various collaborations between tutors, management, students to meet the evolving needs of the educational industry.
  • Provide quality support for tutors and students to meet the academic needs with regards to teaching, learning and eLlearning.
  • First point of contact for teaching staff and Providing guidance on tutor representation and feedback
  • Organising, managing and participating in monthly Academic staff meetings
  • Support and advice on Certification processes
  • Coordination and communication of annual programme monitoring activities and programme review activities
  • Participation in course and module modifications processes
  • Building effective working relationships between teaching and administrative staff
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager and the Head of programme development to ensure the opportunities for innovative and creative skills training are integrated into the relevant departments.
  • To facilitate communication between tutors and students for the purpose of ensuring the provision of effective learning experiences.

Healthcare Tutors (QQI Levels 5 & 6) – Online Delivery

 

Are you interested in working in Further Education and Training?

We are now recruiting new online Healthcare Tutors and are seeking to recruit tutors for various QQI Level 5 & 6 Healthcare Courses.

Applicants are invited to apply who are suitably qualified and have the expertise in the Healthcare industry from a range of services to include; practitioners, educators, managers, policy developers and/or any other relevant and associated discipline.

Teaching will be delivered on a modular basis.

 

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

 

Mandatory:

  • Must be qualified to at least a level 8 in a relevant healthcare qualification and have an active registration on the Nursing and Midwifery boards
  • 4+ years’ work experience relative to the Healthcare industry.
  • 2+ years’ relevant teaching experience in QQI Healthcare Modules both online and face to face teaching including assignment correction, marking and feedback.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

 

Desirable:

  • Ability to provide support to learners of diverse backgrounds and adapt to student needs
  • Ability to motivate and support learners.
  • Proficient with online technologies and Microsoft 365 applications.
