As a nurse-led and team-focused organisation, we deliver trusted care throughout North Dublin. We’re now hiring committed and caring Healthcare Assistants in Santry, Ballymun, Finglas, and Blanchardstown.
Who You Are:
- Kind, dependable, and passionate about home care
- Have QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or equivalent (Nursing, Social Care, etc.)
- Completed Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
- Hold a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to provide character and/or work references
- Willing to complete Garda Vetting (fee reimbursed)
- Prior experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality personal care in clients’ homes
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and companionship
- Promote independence and dignity
- Accurately document daily care notes and changes in condition
- Follow client care plans and infection control procedures
- Work collaboratively with care coordinators and supervisors
