Join a Growing, People-First OrganisationWe’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to join our dynamic and supportive home care team in Dublin. With a workforce of approximately 200 staff, this is a key leadership role where you’ll have real influence in shaping both our people strategy and day to day operations, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.

The Role

This is a dual function role combining Human Resources leadership with Operational oversight. You’ll play a central role in ensuring our teams are supported, our services run smoothly, and our standards remain high.

HR Responsibilities

– Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention
– Manage employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances
– Support performance management and development
– Ensure compliance with Irish employment law
– Maintain HR systems and policies
– Promote positive workplace culture

Operations Responsibilities

– Oversee day to day service delivery along with the client service manager

– Monitor KPIs and performance
– Ensure compliance with HIQA and HSE standards

About You

– Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and/or operations
– Strong understanding of Irish employment law
– Experience managing teams
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Healthcare experience desirable

Salary & Benefits

– €50,000 – €55,000
