Bluebird Care Dublin Northeast is expanding our home care team in Dublin 3, 5, 17 & Dublin 13, and we’re looking for kind, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants.

This Role Will Include:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with mobility and transfers
- Preparing meals and supporting with feeding if needed
- Giving companionship and emotional support
- Medication prompts and light household duties
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting independence and dignity
- Driving to and from clients’ homes throughout your shift
Requirements:
As a community-based Healthcare Assistant, you will travel between clients’ homes in the D3, D5, D17 & D13 area to provide care and support.
Essential:
- Living in Dublin 3, Dublin 5, Dublin 17 or Dublin 13
- Full Irish driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Very good spoken and written English
- Legal right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available)
- Available to work at least every second weekend
Desirable:
- At least 2 QQI Level 5 modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person)
- Experience in a care setting (professional or personal)
- OR a caring nature with willingness to complete QQI training
