We are recruiting for an LTI Assistant Coordinator. The person appointed will be responsible for assisting in the co-ordination of the Intellectual Disability Support LTI Programme, including the planning, delivery and evaluation of the programme. This role is primarily an administrative role and will report to the LTI Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
•Assist with coordinating the design, delivery and evaluation of the KWETB programme training
•Assist in the financial management of the programme budget
•Assist in the recruitment of programme participants
•Complete statistical returns and other reports as required by KWETB/KARE
•Carry out on-site visits to participants in their workplace locations
•Manage the development/maintenance of administrative and financial systems
•Manage the digital promotion of the programme and develop and publish key content for social media platforms

Requirements:
•To complete a Level 6 qualification in Training Delivery & Evaluation or equivalent course within in 3 months of commencement. Kare will support the successful candidate in completing this. Having a completed Level 6 qualification in Training Delivery & Evaluation will be an advantage.
•Have experience in administration, including budget management, corporate governance, planning, and scheduling.
•Have excellent IT skills and be competent in using a range of IT Systems
•Have experience in digital marketing and social media content development. Experience of Canva is desirable
•Have excellent verbal, written communication and problem solving skills
•Have experience of managing the administrative duties associated with assessment and accreditation up to an including submission for certification
•A full clean driving licence and access to a car is required (travel will be involved)

The salary for this position is €31,288.92 (in accordance with ETB salary scales). The successful candidate will be required to provide satisfactory references and Garda Vetting and overseas police vetting, where applicable.
